Refunds and Returns
Refunds - If we fail to supply you with the products you ordered, or ship you goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly described, and after a reasonable examination by both parties, we will replace the item(s) free of charge or refund your money. In these circumstances we have the right to ask you for independent confirmation of any claimed issues and/or to return them to us for examination.
If a refund is required you have 7 days in which to notify us confirming in writing if the goods are in any way unacceptable. If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and a refund will not be processed.
Money will be refunded to the same card used during the initial purchase. In normal circumstances all refunds and partial refunds will be completed within 30 working days.
Returns - Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once shipped if returned unopened, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs plus any restocking fee deemed necessary, up to a maximum of 10% of the original purchase price. We recommend that you use Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service for this purpose and retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.
